Cancelling a booking

Please give at least 5 hours’ notice by calling or texting .

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge with at least 5 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Outcall deposits

Outcall bookings require a $100 deposit. If the lady arrives at the agreed location and the booking does not go ahead, the deposit is non–refundable.

Late arrivals and no-shows

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to keep later bookings on time and will be charged in full. A no-show on an outcall forfeits the deposit.

Refunds

Refunds are given where the client was misinformed, provided incorrect photos, or was treated disrespectfully or abusively by the lady, where evidence of this is provided. Sessions ended because of a breach of our House Rules are not refunded.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we need to cancel

If we have to cancel or change your booking, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or refund any deposit in full.
